Preparation report
A concise case summary, patient-confirmed facts, missing data, risk warnings, cost context, and questions for the doctor before consultation.
patient support for preparing an oncology consultation
An information service that helps breast cancer patients gather documents, see data gaps, prepare questions for the doctor visit, and receive a structured report for the doctor or second opinion.
The service does not diagnose, does not issue medical orders, is not a drug marketplace, does not select treatment for the patient, and does not guarantee the cost of medicines or medical care.
A concise case summary, patient-confirmed facts, missing data, risk warnings, cost context, and questions for the doctor before consultation.
A clear list of what should be clarified: receptor status, stage, prior therapy, pathology, imaging, medicines, allergies, and key tests.
Not a medical order and not a prediction, but a prompt for what to discuss with the doctor: organ function, contraindications, interactions, allergies, and uncertainty.
A component-by-component view of possible expenses with a price snapshot date, inclusions, exclusions, and calculation limits.
Price snapshot is a dated set of indicative price data for the selected region, scope of medical care, and stages of the patient pathway. It helps prepare a cost conversation, but it is not a final clinic invoice, drug price guarantee, or care-cost guarantee.
The service scope and service price are shown before payment in the personal cabinet. The cost of medicines, tests, procedures, visits, and medical care always remains indicative.
The report is built from documents, questionnaire answers, patient confirmations, rule versions, and a price snapshot. Important outputs should be traceable.
Unknown is not converted into “no”. Missing receptor status, stage, prior therapy, molecular data, allergy, medication, or lab information is shown explicitly.
Cost context helps prepare the conversation, but it does not rank directions above safety, data completeness, or the doctor’s assessment.
A new pathology result, imaging report, or lab result creates a new report version. The doctor can see what changed, which sources were used, and what limits remain.

|
| Term | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Patient-confirmed data snapshot | A fixed version of key facts about the patient, documents, receptor status, stage, prior therapy, medicines, allergies, and region that the patient reviewed within their understanding. |
| Source document link | A pointer to the uploaded file, discharge note, pathology report, lab result, certificate, or other document from which a specific fact was taken. |
| Questionnaire answer | Information entered manually by the patient or trusted person: for example medicines, allergies, prior therapy, region, or case clarifications. |
| Price snapshot | A dated set of indicative price data for the selected region, scope of medical care, and stages of the patient pathway. |
| Critical gaps | Missing information that can make comparison or report preparation unreliable. |
| Informational directions | Neutral descriptions of topics to discuss with the doctor, without ordering treatment or ranking options by commercial interest. |
| Doctor report | A summary of confirmed facts, gaps, questions, risk warnings, and cost context for consultation. |
Service packages are described on a separate page: Services. The exact service scope and service price are shown before payment in the personal cabinet.
The personal cabinet is used for registration, payment, document upload, report storage, report versions, and repeated access. This site is a product brochure; the personal cabinet and user data workflows live in a separate product space.
Reports stay available before consultation, second opinion, or a data update.
A new pathology result, imaging report, or lab result becomes a new report version instead of silently overwriting the case context.
Uploaded documents, confirmations, and the doctor report are separated from unconfirmed drafts.
HealthOS Onco guarantees the composition of the informational result: preparation report, gap checklist, doctor questions, visible risk warnings, source links, report versions, and cost context when a region is available.
The service shows data sources and versions, price snapshot date, explicit gaps, and limitations. It does not hide uncertainty, does not turn unknown into “no”, does not hide a medical decision inside the interface, and does not sell a medicine, clinic, or therapy package as the result.
Three things the service is not:
The first scenario is breast cancer. For this patient, receptor status, stage, disease context, prior therapy, pathology documents, imaging, allergies, medicines, organ function, and financial expectations are especially important.
After validation of the first scenario, the product can expand to other oncology modules: prostate cancer, colorectal cancer, and lung cancer. Those modules must not imitate a ready comparison board until their own data rules are implemented.
| Participant | What They Get |
|---|---|
| Patient | Understands what data are already available, what is missing, and what to ask the doctor. |
| Relative or trusted person | Helps gather documents without chaos across files and messages. |
| Patient before second opinion | Sends a structured case package instead of separate documents. |
| Patient coordinator | Sees gaps and helps close them before consultation without making medical orders. |
| Doctor receiving the report | Gets facts, sources, gaps, questions, risk warnings, and cost context in one document. |
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| Will I receive a medical conclusion? | No. You receive an informational preparation report: facts, gaps, doctor questions, risk warnings, and cost context. A medical conclusion is provided by a doctor. |
| Where is the report stored? | In the personal cabinet. It supports repeated access, version history, uploaded documents, and export of the doctor report or coordinator package. |
| When will I see the service price? | The service scope and price are shown before payment in the personal cabinet. Medicine and medical-care costs inside the report are always indicative. |
| Can I use the service in an emergency? | No. In case of acute symptoms, complications, or an emergency, seek medical care directly. |
| What if data are missing? | The service shows critical gaps and creates a list of questions or documents to discuss with a doctor or coordinator. |
